LATE ARRIVALS
It is important that the agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. A consultation will need to take place before the appointment and therefore it is important to arrive on time so the appointment doesn’t run too far over.
I appreciate that sometimes, things happen, and the client may arrive a little later or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine, but missed time can’t be made up by overrunning or by adding time to subsequent appointments. If the client arrives more than half way through the agreed appointment time, the appointment will not be able to go ahead and the client will be charged for the full fee.
TERMINATION
A massage session will be terminated immediately if a client makes any sexual advances or requests, including inappropriate conversation and touch. Massage therapy is therapeutic in nature and any interactions and communications must remain professional. If the massage is terminated for the above-mentioned reasons, payment is still required.
A session will not be conducted if the client is intoxicated, using drugs, or threatening the safety of the massage therapist or themselves.
A session, which is terminated for any of these reasons, will result in the client being blocked from making any future bookings.

Consultations and client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client, unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.
